These general terms and conditions apply to each offer, quotation and agreement between N. Europe Vizit b.v. and all its affiliated companies, unless the parties have explicitly agreed to depart from these terms and conditions. The applicability of any purchase terms and conditions or other terms and conditions of the client are explicitly excluded. If one or more stipulations under these general terms and conditions are declared void or annulled at any one time by the Court, this has no effect on the other stipulations.
